PLAY AUSTRIA

PLAY AUSTRIA was the first trade fair for the Austrian games scene, organised by Subotron at Vienna’s Museumsquartier. A first edition has the harder version of the job: it has to make the case for an event nobody has been to yet, and the exhibitors are most of that case.

So the exhibitor archive carried the site. Every exhibitor got their own landing page, generated from the archive rather than kept by hand — which is what keeps a list current while it’s still filling up week by week in the run-up to the fair.

The theme was custom, built on ZURB Foundation and responsive from phone to desktop, on managed hosting where I also handled the updates.
